The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) rules in the EU place special environmental obligations on companies with respect to the products they place on the Danish market, effectively shifting responsibility for a product’s lifecycle to the producer. BDO Denmark is hosting a webinar on 19 September 2025 on the implementation of the new EPR scheme in the country. The webinar will offer a practical and high-level introduction to the rules for packaging and single-use plastics and will be of interest to private sector companies responsible for packaging and single-use plastics in all industries.
